ATTY. RODRIGO R.G. ARTUZ
ATTY. ARTUZ graduated from the Philippine Military Academy in 1978 with a degree in Bachelor of Science in General and was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Philippine Army. While in the active military service, he studied law at the University of the Philippines and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws Degree in 1989. He passed the Philippine Bar Examination given in 1989 with a rating of 80.59% and subsequently admitted to the Philippine Bar on April 10, 1990.
While in the active service, he was assigned in the different units of the AFP particularly in the Philippine Army until his optional retirement in 1996. Thereafter, he actively engaged in the practice of law representing clients with diverse legal problems. On March 18, 2011, he was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer V of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) by His Excellency, Benigno Simeon C. Aquino III, President of the Republic of the Philippines. Then in September 2012, he served as the Technical Consultant on Corporate Matters of CAAP until he left sometime in 2013 when he joined the University of the Philippines-Diliman Legal Office as the litigation lawyer thereat even up to the present.
ATTY. MEINRADO ENRIQUE A. BELLO
ATTY. BELLO finished his undergraduate studies at the Philippine Military Academy in 1979 with a degree in Bachelor of Science. He finished his law studies at the Ateneo de Manila University in 1989. He passed and ranked 2nd place in the Philippine Bar Examination given in 1989 and subsequently admitted to the Philippine Bar on April 10, 1990
He held various positions in the different units within the military organization. He served as the Head, Legal Department and Chief, Legal Counsel of AFP Retirement and Separation Benefits System (AFPRSBS) representing it before the courts, quasi-judicial bodies and other government agencies. He likewise served as legal counsel and consultant of other companies including subsidiaries and affiliates of AFPRSBS. He is now actively performing litigation works.
ATTY. ROLANDO G. BORJA
ATTY. BORJA is also a graduate of the Philippine Military Academy batch 1982 with a degree in Bachelor of Science. He finished his law studies at St. Louis University in Baguio City in 1992. He passed and ranked 12th place in the Philippine Bar Examination given in 1992 and subsequently admitted to the Philippine Bar in May 1993.
He held various positions in the different units within the AFP particularly in the Philippine Army but he opted to retire early. He served as the Head, Legal Department, Chief, Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary of AFP Retirement and Separation Benefits System (AFPRSBS) representing it and its subsidiaries and affiliates before the courts, quasi-judicial bodies and other government agencies. Currently, he is the corporate secretary of AFPRSBS and Riviera Golf Club, Inc. Atty. Borja is also a member of the faculty of the Manuel L. Quezon University Law School teaching subjects such as Obligations and Contracts, Sale, Credit Transactions, and Negotiable Instrument Law. He is also currently active in litigation works.
